Terms of Service
By using Clauze, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms exist to keep usage clear and fair for everyone.

What Clauze provides
Clauze provides contract review in plain English. You can paste contract text or upload a PDF, and Clauze returns a risk score and a clause breakdown with practical explanations. It is a productivity tool for understanding documents.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Do not use Clauze to break laws, violate privacy, or attempt to compromise the service.
No legal advice
Clauze is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for your decisions. For high-stakes matters, consult a qualified lawyer.
Your content
You are responsible for the text you upload or paste. You should remove personal or confidential details that are not needed for contract review. Do not submit documents that contain sensitive identifiers unless you have a clear reason to do so.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
Plans, limits, and billing
Some features may have usage limits depending on your plan. If you purchase a paid plan in the future, pricing, renewal, and cancellation rules will be shown at checkout and inside your account settings.
Service availability
We aim to keep Clauze reliable and fast, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available. Maintenance, provider outages, or network issues can interrupt access.
Limitations
Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Use Clauze as a first pass to find issues and questions to raise, not as a substitute for professional review.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
